How It Works: The Wipers On. Lights On! takes care of an important safety feature - turning on your headlights and parking lights automatically in rain - snow or frog. The Wipers On. Lights On! unit monitors the wipers sense wire. When the wipers are turned on - the unit turns on the headlights and parking lights. The lights will remain on until the vehicle is switched off.
